Halloween 2007 Part I

The preschool had a parade this morning for the children to march around the gym in costume. The trio had a ball waving with glee at all the parents. I think they thought all the cameras were there just for them.

I learned that the only thing harder than getting 3 preschoolers dressed and out the door in the morning, is getting three preschoolers costumed, accessorized and out the door with snacks for a classroom party, change of clothes...and makeup!

P couldn't quite figure out what a scarecrow was " 'sposed to say" so he walked around all morning waving his arms shouting, "Scare! Scare!"

I also learned that little boys with runny noses, should probably not have make-up on their face...because it won't be there for long.

The kids are really enjoying the day so far. This evening should be a real treat!

I am with you! Getting three costumed and out the door is a chore and a half! I realized how tough it was Saturday when we took the kids to their gym party and my beloved was working so it was all up to me! Here we are again meeting my sweetie at work tonight to go to the church Harvest Party - won't it be great when they can costume themselves?
Blessings!

They were precious! I enjoyed watching them and appreciated the fact that they did not CRY every time they saw you like Wesley did every time he saw me. Nothing like a crying fireman to set that "Halloween" tone, is there?
