Thoughts on God

A couple of snippets from my little people and their precious, innocent faith...

This morning R asked me if we could "type god.com to check da wedder since weather.com is wong sometimebs."

*******
A few days ago while driving somewhere R said we should pray and ask Jesus for something. (I cannot recall what.)
K quickly piped in and said, "R, you ask God, not Jesus. He's really the one in charge. He made Jesus later so we all wouldn't be lonely."

*******
My children are currently on a MISSION to get some snow here. Every night they say, "Don't forget to ask God for some snow, Mama!"
While praying for such a couple of nights ago, R interrupted, "Lots and lots and LOTS of snow, God. Enough that we can make a snowman and have a snowball fight and snow angels and ALL of da things you do in the snow."

Their Daddy and I are planning to surprise them with THIS at some point this weekend. :-)

You could just send your children to my house for a few days. We currently have about 16 inches on the ground and another 1-2 inches falling today.
Even my children are getting tired of the "white stuff".
I think your plans for snow sound like fun-plus you get to leave it all behind.

OOhhh!! They will be so surprised:) We have thought about doing this with our kids at some similar places in our area. Our youngest is 4, maybe next year. Let us know how it is!

They will be thrilled! Are you going to tell them, or just take them there?
