Christmas 2009 Part II

My father-in-law sent me some more pictures from yesterday afternoon. Since this blog is the only scrapbook we have, I had to create a second post. If I would have known that a family portrait was possible in my family room I would have put on lipstick and fixed my hair.
P's precious Chiclet teeth. I am wondering when we will start getting loose teeth. The Tooth Fairy is going to have a busy and expensive couple of years!
The always elegant Nana makes 91 look fabulous.
Scott and K
And K with a present her size!
R dominated the Wii. He beat his Daddy and his 19 year old cousin in baseball--and he did not do so with the slightest bit of humility.
This is a completely gratuitous slanket shot. It was NOT a gag gift. I requested it--and I love it! I am a complete old lady when it comes to the cold. I like to hibernate! A cozy spot by the fire, a comfy chair and my slanket make me happy. All I need is a hot tea and a laptop and/or good book to be in complete nirvana.

Could K look any more like YOU?? Seriously, with her hair down, no bow, she looks so much like you it is amazing!!!

I'm with you on the cozy spot bu the fire with a warm blanket and a laptop......ahhh....the simple pleasures!

Sure looks like you all were happy and blessed this Christmas. My daughter-in-law surprised me with the last year of my blog bound into a book....thanks to your post a good while ago. It is WONDERFUL....Thank You!

I loved that family picture..that is really good. My daughter gave us a book with pictures of the grandchildren and cute sayings with the pictures. Said she would take more pictures and even take some of us with the children and make us a book each year. You will never regret blogging and having the pictures and all of the post telling about your children and the Lord. Blessings on your new year.

Your family is beautiful...so are you without "done hair and makeup"

I have wanted a slanket/suggie for some time, just have been too embarrased to ask for it. You make it look so comfy and cool...I might just get myself a present!

Merry Christmas!

The Merriest of Christmases to you and your precious family! I love the pictures. Here is my little secret: I got two HEATED (electric) slanket/snugglies for Christmas so I can have one for my "quiet time" chair and one for my den chair. Add a cup of something warm and life is good!
