At the Pool

Yesterday afternoon while I co-hosted a baby shower for a good friend, Daddy, Grandmother & Granddaddy kept the children busy at the pool. K & R had a blast jumping off the diving board (non-stop for over 3 hours).I ask you, what kind of overly-photographed children am I raising that R can manage this dashing smile MID-AIR? Really.

P is a not a fan of the wild, daring showmanship. He prefers to keep it simple in the shallow end.Apparently, he does not need fancy tricks to get attention. I went to the website of the Day Camp the kiddos attended last month and found lots of pictures of the children. P was being held and surrounded by cute girls in every single one.

Edited to Add: Thanks Granddaddy for the great photos. The children have loved looking at them repeatedly while saying, "Look at me. Oh, Wow!!!! I made a BIG, HUGE jump!"

I'm also very impressed with their swimming abilities considering their age.

So cute - and the bow in your daughter's hair...the perfect accessory to a swimsuit!

K is soooooo cute in that two-piece. That is HILARIOUS that R has learned to constantly smile for the camera. What precious moments. And kudos to the family for capturing the moments for you while you were away!

Great pictures! I was laughing about the one with R. I take a lot of photos too and my kids often strike "a pose."
