This morning, the children attended a Super Hero themed birthday party for one of their best buddies. The party was at a gym where the children could safely hone all of their super skills. 
They had a great time---and so did Daddy!

Their little faces are so adorable - they are obviosly having so much fun and I think their daddy is enjoying himself just as much!
