Asking the Lord to keep the eyes of my heart open to the extraordinary lessons of every day life.
The kids (and you) did a great job singing! What a treat for us to hear.
Katie- If I could have editted myself out I definitely would have. :-)Now you know they can do it, you should prompt them in the nursery tomorrow. The phone in front of their face makes them timid. They are much more dramatic when not being recorded.
Too precious! Their voices are adorable! My kids never perform "on command" as much as they do without a camera/recorder around either. It seems like as soon as I can get to the camera, their desire to be on stage magically disappears and Mr. Silly arrives. I continue to be reminded everyday of their ability to remember songs/nursery rhymes at such a young age, and of our honor/responsibility to teach them God's word. It blesses me so much to hear them sing about Jesus. Elizabeth also makes the "joy" in "Joy, joy, joy, joy, down in my heart..." about 3 syllables. Is it a southern thing? :)Amy
That is so precious. Those kids crack me up. Good night.
You're in the spotlight at the CWO blog today. :)
I bet it's quite a "choir" when they are all singing the same song! Very sweet. Thanks for making and sharing the recording.
They definitely are more animated singing in person. Parker was jumping up and down and doing all of the motions for the wheels on the bus and he wanted all of the other kids to join in with him. They are such a joy. You and Ryland are very blessed to have them.
