Lately, the children like to walk around with books on their heads chanting "new ce-we-ul" repeatedly and in unison. They eat three different kinds of cereal and like them all, so I am stumped by their behavior. It is like they have some sort of inside joke. I don't understand it, but they think this is hilarious.
This morning, they got into my stash of moving boxes and started playing "Pop! Goes the Weasel." Those little minds...Kids are funny creatures.

I haven't forgotten about your question. Are you painting any walls? I think Sarah and Chris wrote scripture in pencil under their paint in one of their first homes?? But, I am not sure. I'll have ask? But, I thought that might be an idea.

actually it may be safer in a bigger bed, if she turned over she could break her legs!!
They have those little rails made out of mesh now that you could still use until they get used to the big beds? They are getting so big!! I love to see pics of them...

Who doesn't like new cereal?
Your kids are soooo cute! They could be learning by osmosis! And the pic of them in the boxes... I could just eat them up!
Also, I read the post above about putting scripture on the walls. We did this in our last home and prayed through each room. It was a really neat time just to spend with my husband praying for our home and future there.

Save those moving boxes. One day soon after we had moved (the kids were 2 and 5) we were stuck inside on a rainy day. I put together about a dozen moving boxes and let the kids play "giant building blocks" in the middle of the family room. It was great fun.
