Triplet Watching Etiquette Lesson

To Whom it May Concern:
If you ever see a Mommy with 3 toddlers in a full cart of groceries in a busy parking lot during mid-day-August-in-Georgia heat AND you happen to notice one of the children is in full-on fit mode, another is trying to climb out & the 3rd is seriously contemplating hurling groceries onto the pavement at any moment, PLEASE DO NOT pull up in your air conditioned car, roll down the window and start asking silly questions and making cutesy comments.
Your options are a) offer to help, b) smile supportively or c) pretend you saw nothing and move along.
Thank you!

  2. AMEN! I am often reminded of the stupidness of humanity, especially during moments such as these.
Hope your day has gotten better.

  3. It's funny how people always feel like they have to comment on things! Hope the day got better. I know how hard things like that can be.

  4. First, I love the pitcure of the monkeys! Second, I 100% agree with you. Been there with our 4 and sometimes just stand there appalled at what has just been said or done by a bystander. Hang in there!

I don't even have to have a vivid imagination to imagine this - I can see it quite clearly.

  11. The kids LOVE going to the grocery store! I give them a treat of some sort to keep them occupied. Our Kroger has double carts, so I put two in the front and one in the big basket. I use the small handheld baskets on the rack under the big basket for fragile and maleable things. Canned goods and other well packaged items go in the big basket.

  12. LOL, I totally understand what you are saying here! I used to get the comments all the time when I would have my younger three in the cart (even though they are not triplets but very close in age). Just tell the strangers you are teaching them about consumer economics. That will stump 'em! ;)
