How great is that? I want to get it painted on a canvas or reclaimed wood for my home. Until then, I will reread it frequently and remind myself of the beauty of the Gospel and the daily opportunity we have to model it through our family life.
I've been a reader of yours for quite a while, but felt compelled to say that I love this! What a great set of "rules"!

ReplyDeleteI have a girlfriend who is a pastor's wife in South Carolina. Or wait...maybe North Carolina. My mind has blanked for the moment. Anyway, they are raising money to leave & go into the mission field full time and she's done a lot of home-decor-art sort of things like this before. I could put you in touch if you're interested. ReplyDeleteDo you have a Hobby Lobby near you? I just saw this there. I am almost positive the words are the same. It looks a little different - instead of wood it is on a metal. Either way I love it! I am not second guessing why I walked out without it!

ReplyDeleteSeveral years ago HALLMARK had this on a purple canvas in their stores. I didn't like the purple so I had an artist friend paint three of them and I gave one to each of my children. They all have them hanging in their homes. I pray they follow those *rules* in their families.
