Bahamas 2009

Two Mommies. No Daddies. Passports. Five car seats (inhabited by excited children). Five days in the Bahamas. Lots of dancing. Even more laughter. A few time outs. Four fruity drinks in coconuts, as promised. Three spilled within 4 minutes = one big mess (that I had the self restraint not to photograph...even though I really wanted to.)

A noise complaint at 4pm, only an hour after arriving at the condo...Singing the pirate song over and over. Being asked if we were a preschool field trip. Letting one of us walk ahead with all 5 children so we could watch curious onlookers try to figure it all out. The glass bottomed boat.

Gorgeous weather. Crystal waters. Precious friends. Awesome memories.

Thank you, T & C for the invitation. You were incredible hosts!

(For those of you that are really confused, I wrote about Maine before I left on Wednesday and had the last few days on 'autopost' while I was away... I took my laptop on our trip, but there was no free wi fi to be found.)

  10. Ok JMOM,
These have to be THE BEST pics I have seen on your blog. They are so pretty. I love the one of all 4 kiddos holding hands. That's for framing. And the one of K. drinking from the coconut. Oh my.
    Just lovely,
