My Distraction

I haven't been nearly as devoted to the blog in the last few days because of all the Fall busy-ness...and because I have my face stuck in a book--a really good one. If you haven't read Same Kind of Different As Me you are missing out. Wow! I am 2/3 of the way through, so hopefully, I'll have some time for writing again soon...

Their story is incredible...and I want so badly to live a compassionate and loving life such as the Hall's.

I've read your blog and love your sweet stories. You are inspiring!

I read this book and OH...it was powerful! I loved it! Especially chapter 22 (I think it's chapter 22) the part about "catch and release fishing". I have passed this book on to friends. It took me two days of staying up late to read this book and at one point I had to get up and get some water to calm myself from all the emotion. The last paragraph of this book I have written in my personal "book of quotes and things I want to remember". This book is definately one of my favorites.
